This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets rules for Clients and End Users of MarginMate and its affiliates (“MarginMate”). It is not exhaustive; Clients must ensure End User compliance. MarginMate may suspend service for violations and can update this AUP with reasonable notice.
Prohibited Activities
Do not use the Services for illegal, deceptive, harmful, or rights-infringing activities, including:
- Breaking laws, regulations, or guidelines.
- Disrupting MarginMate or linked third-party services.
- Reverse engineering or copying Services.
- Misleading identity creation.
- Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material.
- Violating export laws.
- Accessing services from embargoed countries.
- Engaging in illegal or exploitative activities.
- Harming or exploiting minors or collecting their data.
- Posting private/defamatory info or infringing intellectual property.
- Harvesting personal information without consent.
- Using fake emails to access Services.
- Excessive resource usage.
No Service Integrity Violations
Do not undermine the integrity or security of Services by:
- Bypassing limitations or security features.
- Attempting DoS attacks or introducing malware.
- Gaining unauthorized access or sharing credentials.
- Using automated tools to access Services.
- Removing legal notices.
Data Safeguards
Clients must ensure the Services meet their data protection needs and comply with applicable laws before transmitting or processing data. Protect your devices with up-to-date antivirus software.
Third Party Products Use
MarginMate Services rely on several Third Party platforms and products as listed below with their respective Acceptable Use Policies:
To report violations, email webmaster@marginmate.com. Clients must promptly report breaches and assist MarginMate in investigations or remediation.
